Welcome to the Connect
Pro & Non Pro organization
“Connecting Slovak and Czech Talent. Creating Global Value.”
MISSION:
To connect and empower Slovak leaders and changemakers who believe that collaboration, not competition, drives success.
VISION:
A global Slovak community of talented professionals that grows stronger together through collaboration and integrity; creating positive impact.
Who We Are
Pro & Non-Pro Connect is a premium professional community platform that unites Slovak changemakers, professionals, and entrepreneurs across the UK, Slovakia, and Europe.
Since opening of the Schengen borders in 2004, countless Slovak professionals, businesses, and non-profit initiatives have emerged in the UK and Europe — building success across industries, education, culture, and community life.
Yet, leaders from profit and non-profit sectors were never formally connected under one organization to collaborate and create measurable impact.
We aim to bridge that gap and elevate Slovaks abroad, while at the same time representing Slovakia in the world with integrity, confidence, and purpose.
Through networking events, mentoring, partnerships, and meaningful exchanges, we empower Slovak leaders to grow together, share knowledge, and build genuine professional relationships and real collaboration.
Together, we represent the best of Slovak talent — a trusted community that grows stronger through connection, integrity, and collective impact.
